First Impressions

Appearance

Tear is intended to be a plain and sober girl, the type of person who would prefer to blend into the shadows. Despite that, it’s mentioned that she is quite beautiful. She has very long, hip-length brown hair that covers nearly half of her face, and blue eyes. Despite her training as a soldier, she is slender rather than muscular, and has a large bust — something unfortunately brought up many times by her castmates, despite her age and obvious discomfort with it. Her outfit is designed to imitate a violin, with a high collar and a long skirt that parts like the petals of a flower. Beneath her dress, Tear wears a red leotard and red thigh-high stockings. She has knives attached to her garter belt. Overall, Tear looks and comes across as much older than she is, and has a penchant for dressing plainly and modestly.

Demeanor & Attitude

There's one word that's commonly used to describe Tear and it's: cold. She comes across as overly serious, logical, and stoic. It's difficult for her to let her guard down and show her more emotional or girlish side. When faced with what she perceives to be an inconvenience, she will sigh, roll her eyes, and facepalm. She is overtly unconcerned with the feelings of others when it comes to matters of justice or candor. It takes a lot to shake her, and she's somewhat prideful about being ready to face most circumstances.

Voice

Tear's voice is quite deep for a woman, a departure from the usual shrill anime voice. It causes most people to think that she's much older than she really is, along with the way she carries herself. Tear speaks in a very calm manner, with an even tone. She is very respectful to elders and figures of authority. When singing hymns, her voice is soft and notably higher: gentle, ringing clear. There's emotion behind it, as she channels the meaning and symbolism behind her hymns.

Magic & Telepathy

I'm fairly open to magical encounters, as Tear herself does have magical abilities! I'm also open to someone reading her mind, and it would be fun to see her needing to step away from her shell. Tear has a high resistance to magic (which I take to mean: small, weak spells may not work effectively on her) but she has no resistance to telepathy.
